This Ethiopian is a washed heirloom from the Guji region. With tasting notes of Peach, Werther's Original & Jasmine Green Tea, this Ethiopia will truly shine as a filter.  

Located in the beautiful mountainous region of Guji, the Hana Asrat Washing Station is run and managed by Feku Jebril who has specialised in the processing of washed coffee lots over many years.

PROCESS

Around 720 farmers deliver their cherries to this wet mill, selectively picking in the morning and bringing them for pulping in the afternoon. The coffee is then washed with fresh running water and dried on raised beds for 8-15 days.
